Automatic or manual cell-to-cell and cell-to-atmosphere sealed battery testing.

  • Designed specifically for sealed lead acid batteries

  • Tests for internal (cell-to-cell) and external (cell-to-atmosphere) leakage using pressure and/or vacuum

  • Both tests can be done in one cycle

  • Rejection conveyor to automatically remove failed batteries onto a reject station for refurbishing

  • 2-4 batteries per minute depending on configuration
