The MAC Hopper Leveling System

The all new MAC Hopper Leveling System takes the guesswork out of hopper height adjustments. By replacing hand cranking screws with the smooth and precise movements of servo motors, operators can make accurate adjustments with the push of a button.

The system can make adjustments in .001" (0.025mm) increments, giving your operator the ability to fine tune height adjustments. Simple touch screen or push button controls makes adjustments quick and safe.

Operators can choose to move all corners at the same time, or move each corner individually. A built in safety feature limits the amount of height difference from corner to corner, which stops the system from accidentally twisting the hopper and causing expensive damage. Once the desired height is achieved, the system will adjust accordingly to keep the hopper within .001" (0.025mm) of that set point.
